Jason Kenney to speak at UCP pre-election conference Saturday evening

The United Conservative Party is holding a pre-election conference this weekend on the heels of several campaign promises rolled out by Leader Jason Kenney.
A UCP government would repeal the carbon tax, change provincial liquor rules and ban MLAs from crossing the floor, he said. The election is expected between March 1 and May 31.
Kenney is slated to give a keynote address at the Edmonton Expo Centre at 6 p.m.
