Huffman goes for it and wins Tour of Alberta Stage 1

There was a pretty basic ingredient that fuelled Evan Huffman’s triumph Friday in the 162-kilometre first stage of the ATB Tour of Alberta: Hunger.
He just wanted it more than everyone else.
Against a tentative field too worried about strategy and conserving energy to notice what was going on ahead of it, simply lowering his head and peddling as fast as he could was more than enough to carry the 27-year-old American to victory in the mountains of Jasper.
