Homicide victim found at Lessard Lake cabin

A man’s body was discovered at a cabin near Lessard Lake on Saturday.The body was found by Mayerthorpe RCMP at approximately 7 p.m., police said in a news release Thursday. An autopsy conducted on Tuesday by the office of the chief medical examiner in Edmonton determined the death to be a homicide.Peter Joseph Kaminski, 57, was identified as the victim.
