Holy Roller emerging in Old Strathcona with big, new concept

Local restaurant owner and film director Michael Maxxis is soon to open the third restaurant in his stable, Holy Roller. Located just a couple of doors south of his other two eateries, Have Mercy and El Cortez, Holy Roller is a much bigger establishment at 200 seats, with a greater focus on food.
El Cortez and Have Mercy have good eats, but cocktails are a major thrust for both. Maxxis says it’s food first at Holy Roller.
