Hit-and-run crash ends in drug bust by Edmonton police

A 42-year-old man faces charges after a hit-and-run collision ended in the seizure of $14,000 worth of drugs.
“Thanks to the assistance of witnesses and the EPS canine unit, a hit-and-run suspect was quickly apprehended and a significant quantity of fentanyl was removed from Edmonton streets,” Edmonton police Const. Danielle Pelletier said in a news release Tuesday.
