Highway 16 intersection reopened after fatal crash near Hinton

A highway intersection near Jasper National Park has been reopened following a fatal crash early Saturday.
The crash, which claimed the life of a man driving a pickup truck, occurred at 1:50 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 40 and Highway 16 just west of Hinton and near the entrance to the Park. 
RCMP say a pickup truck travelling north on Highway 40 south collided with a semi-tractor trailer, which was travelling east on Highway 16.
