Have Mercy creates new recession-proof menu for destination dining in Old Strathcona

I was skeptical about the new menu at Have Mercy, I admit that. Co-owner Michael Maxxis had done some research among customers and discovered that folks were, surprise!, finding the recession a little hard to bear. Money for eating out was tight.
