Growing Things: Green and Gold garden

Edmonton has a hidden gem of a community garden that offers benefits locally and globally. With more than 100 volunteers and the sale of the 60 varieties of vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers they grow they have generated more than half a million dollars since 2009. All of the proceeds from the sales of the market produce go to support the Tubahumurize Association in Rwanda.
