That pretty much sums up the fist-shaking declaration Premier Rachel Notley issued to her NDP cousins in British Columbia over the $7.4-billion Trans Mountain pipeline expansion.
“Mark my words, that pipeline will be built,” proclaimed Notley during a news conference Tuesday in Edmonton.
