Get down-dog in the tequila cellar at El Cortez with new yoga series

Tacos are great with beer and salsa, but yoga? Apparently so. El Cortez (8230 Gateway Blvd.) and yeg.date are teaming up to host a yoga class in the Old Strathcona restaurant’s tequila cellar — complete with post-class tacos.
The first four sessions — two on Jan. 18, and two on Feb. 8 — are already sold out. But there are still some tickets available for the March 15 event. The event costs $25 for the class and two tacos. Tickets are available through eventbrite.
