Friday's letters: Narcotics officer complicit for pot busts?
It is not my intention to create a new #MeToo movement, but 48 years ago I was a Canadian police narcotics officer. During the next seven or so years I was responsible for the arrest, charging, conviction and the life-lasting criminal records of a small but significant group of my neighbours, friends and citizens.
I created hardships for those who created hardships for themselves; I was duty-bound.
