Friday's letters: Canada gains thoughtful Senator

Congratulations to Paula Simons on her appointment to Canada’s Senate.
Edmonton Journal readers will be quite familiar with her columns, and while we may not always have agreed with her, her arguments were always thoughtful and well-reasoned.

Well done, Paula Simons. The Edmonton Journal’s and its readers’ loss is Canada&rsq
