Federal, provincial OHS bodies looking into two separate Alberta workplace deaths

Federal and provincial Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) bodies are looking into two separate workplace deaths that occurred on Monday, one in Leduc and one south of Grande Prairie.
Emergency services responded to a collision at a business on a rural property about 20 kilometres south of Grande Prairie, RCMP said in a news release Tuesday.
Police said a vehicle was in reverse and struck a 37-year-old male pedestrian, causing fatal injuries.
