Extreme cold warning issued for Edmonton. Again.

A blanket of cold has enveloped the city prompting Environment Canada to issue an extreme cold warning for Edmonton, Sherwood Park and St. Albert.
The temperature around 4 p.m. on Wednesday was -23 C with a windchill of -33. 
And things aren’t expected to get any better.
Wednesday night is forecasted to see temperatures around -29 C with a windchill of -40.
