“It was the first time for a lot of us going up and installing these systems,” said Raine, a 19-year-old from the Louis Bull Tribe of the Maskwacis Nation. “A lot of it was new, but it was interesting at the same time.
“It made me want to keep going back up. Every time I came down it was, ‘When can I go back up on the roof?’ ”
