Edmonton weather: It's not not t-shirt weather

It’s not exactly t-shirt weather but it’s not not exactly t-shirt weather, either. I’m not sure what that means, but let’s just say a slight wind chill in the morning will finally give way to warmer temperatures in the afternoon as fo
