Edmonton police say cannabis impairment a factor in fatal 2018 collision

An Edmonton man has been charged in relation to a fatal collision in September 2018 and police say cannabis impairment was a contributing factor.
At around 10:10 a.m. on Sept. 14, 2018 Edmonton police responded to a collision in the area of 38 Avenue and Millwoods Road, police said in a news release Friday.
It was reported to police a Suzuki scooter was travelling southbound on Millwoods Raod when it was struck by a dark blue GMC Terrain travelling northbound. Police say the Terrain crossed the
