Edmonton police investigate two downtown shootings

Edmonton police were investigating two separate shootings that happened within a few blocks of each other in downtown Edmonton on Monday evening.
Police were first called to a convenience store near 104 Street and 107 Avenue after an injured woman came in looking for help around 6:30 p.m.
The woman was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
