Edmonton Oilers sign another centre, Jussi Jokinen

This just in, news that the Edmonton Oilers have signed forward Jussi Jokinen. “The #Oilers have signed Jussi Jokinen to a one-year contract…The 34-year-old forward has 891 @NHL appearances & spent 2016-17 with Florida, posting 28 points (11G, 17A) in 69 GP as alternate captain.”
And from Bob Stauffer of the Oilers: “Jokinen is regarded as one of the smartest Finnish players. Good offensively, wins draws, can PK, good in SO. Will Help mentor Puljujarvi.”
