Edmonton Muslim communities celebrate end of Ramadan

Edmonton’s Muslim communities were celebrating the end of Ramadan after a month of dawn-to-dusk fasting Sunday. 
Eid al-Fitr, meaning the festival of breaking the fast, is celebrated for up to three days depending on the country, with feasts, charity and gift-giving. 
In Edmonton, Al-Hadi Mosque was the site of a festive celebration Sunday for members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community.
