Edmonton judge grants bail to convicted violent sex offender

A convicted violent sex offender has been granted bail one week after he was arrested for allegedly failing to comply with conditions following his release from jail.
Dana Michael Fash, 40, was before provincial court Judge Melanie Hayes-Richards Friday after police arrested him on claims he had breached the Sex Offender Information Registration Act.
