Edmonton Garrison's military band will play at Buckingham Palace
Military musicians from the Royal Canadian Artillery band based out of the Edmonton Garrison are performing ceremonial duties as part of the Queen’s Guard at Buckingham Place on June 18.
They will join the 2nd Battallion of the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry, which is set to mount the guard on June 18, 26, 28 and July 1 and 3, according to a news release from the British Army. A total of 80 soldiers will be heading across the pond, along with 35 military musicians.
