Edmonton could add trained taxi drivers to ease demand on overbooked DATS service

The earliest anyone can book DATS is three days ahead. If you’re not on the phone when the lines open, good luck, said Bissell, a public speaker who has cerebral palsy. You’ll have to stay home or pay for a private cab. “You’ve got to be one of the first ones … The demand for DATS is so high right now.”
