Edmonton city councillors struggle through transit skills contest

Ward 12 Coun. Moe Banga might consider sticking to legislating transit in the city, leaving the bus driving to the professionals like his brother.
The Edmonton Transit Service held it’s annual skills competition Saturday morning at its bus garage on Ellerslie Road in the city’s southwest corner. Contestants, including a handful of city councillors, media personalities and transit workers, navigate a 12-metre city bus through a series of corners, cones and challenges.
