Edmonton blogger charged with promoting hate dies

A man charged with promoting hatred against public figures, women and numerous marginalized groups on his blogs has died. 
Barry Winters, 62, was charged with wilful promotion of hatred in June. He died July 4 after suffering a stroke, a complainant in the case said.
