Editorial: Unplug petty TV policy

The Edmonton Remand Centre is a provincial institution that houses people accused of crimes awaiting their day in court. Seven out of 10 inmates there haven’t been convicted of their alleged wrongdoing. In the eyes of the law, they are innocent until proven guilty.
