County hall in Sherwood Park to open after parkade blasts

Strathcona County’s administration hub will reopen to the public next Wednesday following twin explosions in the parkade earlier this month. However the two-level parking facility will continue to be off-limits for some time yet.
Late last week engineers deemed the county hall, community centre and parkade in Sherwood Park to be “structurally sound” but required environmental assessments and cleaning.
That has now been complete.
