Country-wide round dance a highlight of Aboriginal Day in Edmonton

People in Edmonton joined hands for a country-wide round dance Wednesday to mark Aboriginal Day. 
Edmonton is one of eight cities across the country to host the large morning round dance, where participants at Victoria Park joined hands to create the wide circle, moving to their left with a side-shuffle step following a drumbeat. 
The dance is just one of many Aboriginal Day events hosted Wednesday across Edmonton and the country.
