Coun. Ben Henderson wants report on best way to beat single-use plastic

Coun. Ben Henderson will introduce a motion at the utility committee meeting Friday to help fight single-use plastics.
He said he wants the city to report back on what other municipalities have done to fight plastic and what was the most effective solution. He wants to address single-use plastic bags, straws and coffee cups.
