Cops shop until they drop at Londonderry Mall for deserving elementary school students

There was a large police presence at Londonderry Mall Wednesday morning, but for a little bit of a different call — shopping for young children with $200 gift cards at their disposal.
Edmonton police officers served as personal shoppers for 26 students between the ages of five and nine from three schools in the city’s northeast to give the deserving kids a head start on their holiday shopping.
