Child Advocate sees 'marked increase' in youth seeking help being denied
The Office of the Child and Youth Advocate has seen a “marked increase” in the number of youth who have asked child intervention services for help but have been denied, says a new report.
Advocate Del Graff released two new reports Monday, investigating the suicides of two Indigenous teen boys who had received child welfare services.
