Break-and-enter suspect in hospital after being shot in Lewis Estates

A suspect in a break-and-enter was shot in a home in the Lewis Estates neighbourhood and was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
West Division patrol members were called out to a home in Lewis Estates around 7:55 p.m. on Thursday after getting a call about a break-and-enter, followed by a shooting, according to a news release from Edmonton Police Service.
