Bashaw storm lots of bluster, not much damage says campground operator

Severe weather cut short camping and lake activities for people hoping to enjoy the long weekend near Bashaw and Stettler as winds blew in causing “extensive damage.”
The summer villages of Rochon Sands, White Sands, campgrounds near Buffalo Lake were hit by “extremely high winds” which is also being blamed for a crash near Bashaw, according to an RCMP news release.
