Bad behaviour from public a factor in increased harassment, discrimination results, city says

The number of city employees who said they’ve been harassed or discriminated against at work has increased since 2016.
The city posted the results of its 2018 employee engagement survey online Thursday.
According to the findings, 24 per cent of respondents said they were harassed at work, and 14 per cent said they were discriminated against.
