Attempted murder charges laid after man doused in gasoline at Barrhead dump

RCMP say two people attempted to light a man on fire at a rural dump early Wednesday morning.
The man was uninjured and attempted murder charges have been laid.
Officers responded to the Tiger Lily Dump in Barrhead County just before 8 a.m. Wednesday after receiving a report that a pickup truck was on fire.
The driver was still on scene and told officers two assailants had covered him and the truck in gasoline and set it ablaze.
