Alsatian spread at The Marc warms dark January nights

Patrick and Doris Saurette, owners of The Marc, are hosting an Alsatian dinner at the popular downtown restaurant on Sunday, Jan. 14. There are two menu options designed by chef Bryan Cruz, one priced at $123 including a four-course meal, tax, tip and wine pairings, and one at $55 for three courses.
