Alberta's small brewers grant knocked down in court ruling
Alberta will modify its small brewers grant after a court ruled it “provides a competitive advantage” to locally produced beer.
The decision is the latest in a long-running court battle against changes the government set in motion in late 2015, when it overhauled the beer markup system.
