Alberta School Boards Association officials resign
Three Alberta School Boards Association (ASBA) officials have resigned.
ASBA president Mary Martin, vice-president Darcy Eddleston and CEO Suzanne Polkosnik have resigned, effective June 1, Rae Thygesen ASBA spokesperson, said Sunday.
Recently, the ASBA wanted to set aside a $2-million “wind down” fund in the event that elected school boards are eliminated by the province.
