Alberta Justice 'concerned' with Legal Aid decision to ask for prepayments

The Alberta government is voicing concern over a recent decision by Legal Aid Alberta to ask clients for prepayments.
“I have asked Legal Aid Alberta to put a hold on this process until I can meet with them to discuss the implications, financial and otherwise,” said Justice Minister Kathleen Ganley in a statement Tuesday.
