Alberta cabinet to hold emergency meeting on Trans Mountain pipeline

Premier Rachel Notley will hold an emergency cabinet meeting at noon in Edmonton Wednesday.
The meeting will hash out the next steps Alberta will take in the wake of British Columbia’s decision to stall progress on the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion. 
Notley will not take questions following opening remarks to media.
Cabinet last met just 24 hours ago in the legislature. This meeting takes them instead to the Federal Building.
