Acquittal overturned in Cindy Gladue murder case

The province’s appeal court has overturned the acquittal of a man accused in the death of a woman in an Edmonton motel.
In a decision released Friday afternoon, the Alberta Court of Appeal ordered that Bradley Barton be retried for the first-degree murder of Cindy Gladue.
