Accused in Edmonton toddler slaying denied bail

A woman charged in the death of 19-month-old Anthony Joseph Raine was denied bail Monday in Court of Queen’s Bench. 
Tasha Mack, 25, and Joey Crier, 26, the baby’s father, are each facing five charges, including second-degree murder and criminal negligence causing death, after the child’s bruised body was found outside Edmonton’s Good Shepherd Anglican Church on April 21. 
Mack and Crier made brief appearances in provincial court Tuesday via closed-circuit
