1,300 tickets issued for breaking Edmonton parking ban

The City of Edmonton issued 1,318 tickets and towed 168 vehicles during the two-day parking ban from Saturday to Monday.
Erin Blaine, spokeswoman for city parking operations, told a news conference Tuesday that some parts of the city were better than others.
