102 Avenue closed downtown until 2020 as Valley Line LRT Construction begins

Vehicle traffic on 102 Avenue between 96 Street and 103 Street will be closed until 2020 starting Monday as work on the Valley Line LRT in the area begins.
Northbound and southbound cross streets will still be open to traffic — including 97 Street, 99 Street south of 102 Avenue, 100 Street, 101 Street, 102 Street south of 102 Avenue and 103 Street — according to an advisory issued by TransEd, however disruptions along these streets could occur as construction continues.
