New Brunswick election: Shippigan-Lamèque-Miscou  Global NewsRiding background The 2013 redistricting process extended the boundaries of the Shippigan-Lamèque-Miscou riding inland to the Pokemouche area. This riding includes the communities of Lameque, Tracadie, Shippagan, and Sainte-Marie-Saint-Raphael. Shippagan-Lamèque-Miscou has been a solidly Progressive Conservative riding since 1978 with the exceptions of the 1987 and 1995 and 2014 elections. Candidates Libe
