With fall in the air, it’s time to plant spring in the ground

As soon the calendar turns to September and fall is in the air, I start thinking about the next gardening season.
I have finished renovating most of the gardens on my to-do list and I know there are some open spots where I can plant fall bulbs. After a long northern winter, I really look forward to the happy faces of spring flowering bulbs.
