What to do about an old eyesore on the highway

What’s happening with the old Pruce Motor Inn?
The inn is an abandoned motel, coffee shop and restaurant north of Sault Ste. Marie on Highway 17 in Heyden.
It burned down some years ago and remains a torched, moss-covered skeleton. The motel has since earned a degree of notoriety. It’s been sought out by several photographers and even appears on Etsy as a purchasable print.
