Wanted pair found in Prince Edward Island

Two former Elliot Lake residents accused of missing court dates were found in Prince Edward Island. Charlottetown Police Service arrested the pair on Aug. 18, Ontario Provincial Police say. The two accused were returned to Ontario in early September. Ginette Withers, 48, of Charlottetown, P.E.I., and Andrew Kirk, 48, of Tors Cove, Nfld., were charged with failure to attend court after having appeared. They appeared in bail court in Sault Ste. Marie and were remanded into custody.
