United Steelworkers Local 8748 in Sault Ste. Marie put a motion forth at its regular monthly membership meetings Monday to endorse NDP candidate for the Sault Ste. Marie riding Michelle McCleave-Kennedy in the June 7 Ontario election. “The NDP will “best represent our diverse membership and be the political voice for our community,” a release said.
