Universal washroom costs Sault board nearly $200,000

A new universal washroom to be built at Holy Angels Learning Centre will cost nearly $200,000. Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board trustees approved the awarding a construction contract of $196,600 to RF Contracting at a meeting on June 4. A second bid from BT Construction stood at $217,000, said manager of plant services Dave Coccimiglio in a report to trustees. The board had earmarked $150,000 for the project at the Wellington Street East school. The washroom will be gender neutral
